Saturday Market is always our first taste of Portland when we are here. Usually, we only eat one thing- spring rolls. The most amazing spring rolls are sold at the market. They are huge, filled with vegetables and pork, and served with an amazing sauce. We almost always eat more than our stomachs can handle.
This This trip we included Tony, of course and Heather and Bryce with their two girls. Moira doesn't like the spring rolls as much as the adults but she is crazy about Hum-Baw, a steamed bread dumpling filled with pork. She doesn't like the filling, so Jon usually eats this and she eats all the bread.
